- Possess leadership qualities with a positive attitude

and tourism or its equivalent
- Direct experience as front office supervisor is an advantage

- Ability to work on your own or in teams
A Management Trainee
will learn from a management perspective all aspects of general hotel
operations and skills needed to assume a management position. The Trainee will
participate in a general hotel rotation throughout all departments and finish
with a discipline specialization. If you understand the importance of a proper
welcome and know how to offer an exceptional hospitality experience, you may be
just the person we are looking for to work as a Team Member.
